Focused on building my career, I spent many years working in high pressure, high target sales roles eventually working my way up the ladder. But, with more responsibility came more stress and my work life balance was suffering as a result. I didn't want my health to start deteriorating so I knew something had to change.

Reflexology was always the one therapy I turned to during times of extreme stress and feeling the effect it had on me physically and emotionally, was a great relief. After having my daughter in 2013 I realised that things had to change. Seeing the power of reflexology first hand gave me the motivation and drive to complete my diploma and fulfill my dream...a better life for my daughter and myself.

I obtained my Level 8 Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Reflexology from The Complementary Therapy School, the highest level reflexology qualification available in the UK. Whilst training, I also studied Chinese Meridian Theory and the Five Elements which enables me to understand why certain symptoms or conditions may be manifesting within the body and to get to the root cause. I became fully trained in Five Element Reflexology with Heidi Armstrong, one of the foremost reflexologists in the UK in 2014.

I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) who hold extremely high standards for their members and have strict entry level criteria, so you can relax knowing that you are in good hands.
